Part time office admin Required!

We’re currently looking for an experienced office administrator to work during school hours (approx 16-20 hours a week) in our light and bright Ringwood office.

If you’re what we’re looking for you will have a high attention to detail, be computer savvy, an excellent organiser and able to follow processes.

Additionally you need to have excellent office skills, be pro-active, good at spotting issues and be able to work to a high standard.

As a small company, the role covers all aspects of the back office.

You will:

  • Assist with processing product orders and support renewals
  • Generate invoices and undertake accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Accounts Receivable follow up
  • Deal with any queries via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Use our back office systems (CRM, Wiki)  to maintain processes and procedures
  • Assist in general office duties

The successful person will need:

  • Strong office administration knowledge
  • Sound accounting skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent computer skills with operational knowledge of Excel, CRM, Wiki & Saasu accounting an advantage.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
