Out Now – The Long Awaited 6th HR Tech Survey!

By / September 27, 2018 / / 0 Comments

The 6th Australian HR Technology Survey is now available for download! This report is based on a survey of over 175 organisations representing over 296,000 employees across Australia.

Recent years have seen significant change in the HR technology landscape. The survey revealed interesting insights into how organisations manage their complex HR road map. Results demonstrated a growing preference to migrate from On-Premise to Software as a Service (SaaS), as well as a shift in focus to data security – forcing companies to shine a light on their data hosting and security management practices.

This year, new sections to the report have been added, including: Career Pathing, Employee Recognition and Wellness Applications. Navigo will continue to follow these areas as they gain traction. The report contains 45 pages of commentary and statistics about who is using which vendors, satisfaction levels and future spending intentions over the next twelve months.

Key findings that stood out from this year’s report include:

  – A huge 41% of respondents selected SaaS as their preferred approach for systems deployment
  – The number one motivation for HR Tech investment is to improve operational efficiency, with the key roadblock being cost and budget
  – Organisations want to adopt a cloud solution, however a huge 49% highlighted security and data privacy concerns

To our respondents, thank you for participating in the survey. Your involvement creates a clearer picture of the industry, allowing organisations to plan their HRIS strategy and vendors better serve their customers

We hope you enjoy the report!
